Our air conditioner and furnace recently stopped functioning. As a result, we researched and purchased a new air conditioner and furnace from your company. Just a note to let you know how very impressed I was with the service that I received. I had just had part of my basement floor painted that Monday. I woke up on Saturday morning to find the temperature at 57 degrees. I called Gary Pinter and explained the problem. He told me that he would be over in 40 minutes. When he arrived, he assessed and resolved the problem in less than five minutes. The painter put the hoses from the furnaces up while painting and forgot to put them back down thus, shutting down my furnaces (I have a duplex so I have two separate units). A few minutes later, the warm air was coming through the vents. I can honestly say that I have never had such wonderful service. Thank you for coming out on a Saturday and helping me.
